      • The gondola ride is PRIVATE
      • The price is per COUPLE
      • Any further purchases at the restaurant must be paid directly on site.
      • This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
      • Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guest’s weight
      • The gondola itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
      • Pets are not allowed on board the gondola
      • Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown at the meeting point)
      • Clients should have TWO different vouchers to show: one at the gondola station and the other to the restaurant.
      • The tour does not include special request (candlelight, special cakes, prosecco, wine etc.)


      • No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
      • The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
      • Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time
