The price is per gondola and NOT per person
This tour is not fully accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guest’s weight
The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
Pets are not allowed on board the gondola
Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to the gondolier)

No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
